Payment and Refunds
No downpayment is required. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address when your project is completed. All PayPal invoices are due within 30 days. If invoices are not paid within 30 days, a late fee may be assessed. Refunds will not be given.
Code
Any code installed on your website is for use on your website only. You may not transfer or share the code in any way.
Length of Project
I cannot guarantee that your project will be completed in a specific amount of time. Please let me know if you have a specific deadline for your project.
Communication
Communication is key to successful and timely completion of a project. Email communication is preferred. Extensive delays in responding will extend the time of the project.
Usernames/Passwords
The client is responsible for providing usernames and passwords for FTP access, WordPress access, domain name access, and other information requested by Mitchell. All usernames and passwords are kept confidential. Feel free to change them after Mitchell has completed work on your site.
Copyright
I reserve the right to install a service credit in the footer of your site. If I have installed one, it must be kept in the footer of your site.
Acceptance of Terms
By emailing to hire Mitchell, all clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions, even if they have not read them.
